I hesitate to share my experience because I still want to be able to get appointments with Ishtar after this, but I may as well tell the truth: Ishtar embodies the essence of what this work is actually all about. This is not just massage, bodywork, or therapy - or at least not merely that. I met with Ishtar for the first time after a long separation from Tantra. The joy and excitement for life that she expressed in her bio warmly drew me in.And upon meeting this beautiful Goddess , the
lightness of her spirit gently lifted me and melted away any anxiety I was feeling. One of her many healing skills is her mastery of sound meditation baths.This was my first experience with this discipline, and I will request it for every session I have from now on. As she began to play the brilliant brass bowls placed on and around my body ,the vibrations flowed deeply within my consciousness. I surrendered to this dynamic flow of energy and soon I was moving my body in an indescribable fashion.For me, the experience was that she was playing my body, I had become her instrument.To be with this blessed teacher in the safe space of her peaceful practice was a gift from the Angels.

I met Ishtar during a doubles session and was enlightened by her kindness and patience to my story. This last week I was having a really tough week where I met with another therapist but decided to book with Ishtar a couple days later. This session with her left me speechless. I felt like the impurities in my body were melting and releasing with every breath. I’ve dealt with congestion and allergies my whole life and basking in the deep breaths I was able to take all the way home. Could not recommend her enough!

I came to this from a place of therapy, with a desire to heal some old wounds. I had a lot of concerns going into it, but Ishtar was extremely patient, open, and welcoming. I felt like I could really let go. She helped me understand some things about myself and my journey, and I am eternally grateful.

Ishtar was my first tantrika in July. Months later I explored with her again, she having just returned from Burning Man. I think she was more open than ever, flowing with joy, care, ease, and sensuality. My time with her was so mind-blowing, it's hard to know what to say. She is grace, breath, form, formlessness, Eros, Agape, and connection. Can't stop reliving the experience. Wow. Many, many thanks for her expertise and kindness.

Ishtar, I think she came from a different planet! Saying that she’s amazing is an understatement. This is my first session and I was contemplating choosing between 90 mins and 3 hours and I’m so glad I went with 3 hours. She pays so much attention to what you want out of the session I felt so rejuvenated at the end of session and already looking up to see when I can see her again.

For those who don’t know, Ishtar is the name of the Babylonian goddess of love. Ishtar Mera lives up to her namesake. Upon meeting Ishtar, I knew I could be honest with my intentions as I felt safe asking her what healing I needed. She recommended an amazing sound therapy that truly felt like my chakra points were opening up and flowing more rapidly. I reached a state of bliss it felt like a lot of negative energy was being expunged from my body. Ishtar is a beautiful human being, and the connection you build with her will leave you in awe.

I had an amazing session with Ishtar in November when she was visiting NYC, and was happy to know how easily she understood the importance of spiritual/mental healing that so many others oftentimes disregard as genuine. I walked in to a session with Ishtar as a stranger holding a lot of baggage. She offered space, warmth, and a transcendent experience. Do you find times where you just would really benefit from some clear, present, connected and easy going touch from, yes, a lovely woman? I came to be with Ishtar with just that request. I really didn't want to explore tantra that day, nor necessarily have an ecstatic experience. I wanted to melt into the table in her company and forget about what was going on outside of our session walls—plain and simple. To her credit, she smiled, nodded and we got started. She offered no pressure to conform to any standards of spiritual experience, and it was nice. Really nice. Ishtar is ethereal. Each feather-like brush of her fingertips felt as if I was being painted into a masterpiece. If you're new to Tantra (like I am), it's some aspect of "time" that you brought you to explore this experience -- life may be too fast and you don't have the time you need to heal and reflect.
Under Ishtar, time became but a concept -- a mere curiosity that I contemplated with indifference. With Tantra, time will never affect me the same again, and I am thankful for Ishtar's care and professionalism.

This was my third experience with Ishtar, and I don’t know how she managed to improve on perfection, but she did! Her hands and touch fulfilled me. Had a double with her and Kathena Sol. It was an amazing experience. Both were very experienced in the art of Tantra but Ishtar was beyond words. Her eyes captivating, touch soothing, and words blissful. I wanted more after my 1hr session. Will do solo with her next time
