Trainings & Certifications
| While I do not have formal massage therapy certification or yoga teaching credentials, I am a dedicated yogini and have consistently received positive feedback from those I have worked with through massage. I regularly practice hand balancing and contortion, both of which place a strong emphasis on embodiment, presence, and the mind-body connection. These practices are deeply meditative for me, requiring focus, breath awareness, and a quieting of the mind.In addition to movement practices, I maintain a regular meditation practice, primarily rooted in Zen and Transcendental Meditation. I have also explored Tantra through an eight-week course with Kim Anami focused on healing and cultivating sexual energy through the microcosmic orbit. The teachings from this course have remained an important part of my life, and I continue to apply them regularly. More recently, I have begun studying Mantak Chia's Essential Taoist Practices for Vitality and Health.
I am deeply interested in personal growth, embodiment, and conscious living. I am also a creative—music producer and DJ—and I have found that many of my most inspired creative moments emerge from the same life-force energy cultivated through meditation, embodiment, and Tantric practices. To me, both music and this work involve moving energy, creating connection, and helping others access states of presence, expression, and bliss. |

I had my first session with Mischa yesterday, and I’m still feeling the effects today. I arrived a little unsure of what to expect, but Mischa’s warmth, presence, and calm confidence helped me relax almost immediately.

Mischa is new to the Temple, but has significant maturity, grace and beauty. She blends therapeutic massage and ecstatic touch effortlessly, and has an optimistic spirit that is infectious. She's a lovely new addition that I hope to see again sometime soon.
