Welcome, seeker.

I am Lily Serena, a soft yet magnetic dakini devoted to presence, embodiment, and the sacred art of awakening through the body.

My essence is warm, intuitive, and deeply feminine. I create a space where time begins to slow, the mind grows quiet, and the body feels safe enough to soften. In my presence, you are invited to breathe deeper, surrender the outside world, and return to the wisdom already living within you.

I am certified in 300 hours of Meditation Teacher Training, shaped by over a month of immersive study and practice in the jungle. My training deepened my understanding of meditation, breathwork, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and the subtle relationship between body, mind, energy, and spirit.

This training shaped the way I hold space. My sessions are not rushed or mechanical. They are intentional, intuitive, and created with deep presence. Through sacred touch, breath, mindfulness, and feminine awareness, I guide you into a state where the body can relax, the senses can awaken, and the mind can finally exhale.

I believe the body opens most beautifully when it feels safe, honored, and fully received. Each session is an invitation to soften into yourself, release what no longer needs to be carried, and experience a deeper connection to your own energy, aliveness, and presence.
