I’ve been practicing Yoga for many years, although I don’t have my yoga teacher certification.

I’ve worked as a Chiropractic Assistant and primary Massage Therapist for 1 year and have had my own private practice for 11 years, practicing in Southern California, Santa Cruz & the Bay & Northern California.

My typical session includes a combination of modalities including deep tissue mixed with Swedish and Esalen style techniques, energetic clearings and activations, guided mediation w/ breath work, feather-light touch, and Nuru Style techniques. My sessions are custom to each client depending on their needs and requests. My unique style of Holistic & Intuitive Massage Therapy focuses on not just the balancing & bringing relief to the physical body, but gently guides the emotional & spiritual body as they organically emerge.
