Hello beloved souls,
My deepest intention is to create a sanctuary where your body feels safe, honored, and deeply seen—a space for you to soften, reconnect, and awaken your inner light.
For nearly a decade, I’ve been devoted to guiding others into greater strength, embodiment, and wholeness. My journey began in 2017 as a personal trainer, and soon after, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. Breathwork became a cornerstone of my own practice, and I now weave its medicine into my sessions to help clients unlock presence and vitality.
With a bachelors degree in neuroscience, I bridge science with soul, bringing a heart-centered approach to everything I do. My path is one of constant alchemy—transforming challenges into wisdom and showing up as the most embodied, loving version of myself in health, wealth, and relationships. I believe science and spirit go hand in hand and have a passion for bringing that magic to life.

Dakota is absolutely stunning in person — her energy and presence made the entire experience unforgettable. Pictures truly don’t do her justice. This was easily one of the best sessions I’ve had at any of the temples. I’ll definitely be returning, and I can already tell she may become my new favorite therapist.

I had an excellent tantrik session with Dakota. It started with the eye-glazing session and our breath work. I felt we connected instantly. She understood what I needed during the session. The session flowed from there, especially as I worked out my body tension. I am still thinking about how helpful our session was after a long flight home.

What a rare beauty! From head to toe her energy flowed right into me. Her eyes were looking into my soul. The pictures reveal about 1/10th of her beauty. I left the planet during my session with Dekota and don’t know where I was, lost track of time and I literally couldn’t find the door when I left. Tingling the rest of the day just thinking about her warm gentle touch. As soon as I got home I looked at my calendar to see when I could book another session with her. So exquisite I don’t think my soul would ever get enough of Dakota!! Pure bliss!

Dakota is perhaps one of my favorite ever temple experiences. She has a wonderful warmth to her personality that significantly enhances her already extraordinary beauty. She is skilled and capable in her body work, and really delivers on every aspect of bliss. Could not recommend more strongly.
