I am a happy, passionate, grounded woman devoted to living a heart-centered and embodied life. My spiritual practices include meditation, movement, yoga, surfing, skiing, and conscious breath work, all of which keep me deeply connected to myself and the divine. I have a sincere love for learning especially in the realms of feminine embodiment, sacred embodiment, and holistic wellness. I’ve cultivated a lifestyle that reflects beauty, health, and intentional living—from natural skincare, mindful nourishment and soulful self-expression. I thrive in spaces of sisterhood and growth.
