Dear Divine Being...

The Journey of Self Discovery is a life long path. For me this journey has taken me to distant lands, into relationships with others, into creative relationship with the mystery of existence. But no other journey has had more of a profound effect on my life than the deep journey into my own body. My journey ultimately has been about finding the divine through deep embodiment. Here, in my own temple body, I have discovered all other journeys: my deep heart, my love of life, lover and humanity, my creative soul, the discovery of distant lands, and the pure mystery of existence.

What I offer in my sessions is a safe and loving opportunity to discover and experience the Deep Sacred Bliss of coming home to your own Body Temple. Through guided breath and awareness I am able to help you create a shift from mind centered awareness to the innate, primordial Body Wisdom that is each of our birthright and is always available to us if only we have the senses to feel... Together, through the profound transformative tools of Conscious Touch, Deep Presence and All Encompassing Compassion, the possibilities of coming home to Love, Beauty and profound Bliss are as vast as we choose to allow them.
